Born in NJ and educated in PA, Andrea is a retired school psychologist with a passion for life-long learning and all things creative.  She is a self-taught metalsmith, jewelry designer, watercolor artist, and fused glass artisan.  

Andrea considered herself to be a visual storyteller, an artist who transforms earth's natural elements into beautiful wearable art that has feeling and a story to tell. Whether it is sea glass that has been refined through the trials and turbulence of the sea and surf or rough rock gemstones cut and polished into fabulous cabochons, each element used in her work has a story.  She finds inspiration in those stories and in the look and feel of the individual elements.  She brings those elements together to create jewelry that speaks to the heart and soul.  Andrea has a special passion for creating custom pieces, especially when she is asked to create something with personal, symbolic meaning. The latest additions to her line of unique gemstones are Petrified Wood and  Dinosaur Bone, all naturally found by and sourced from gifted lapidary artists in the US.

Fire Kissed Jewelry is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm and by appointment.  Hours may be extended seasonally.

Design consultations are always free.  

Special orders generally require 2-3 weeks for crafting although additional time may be needed depending on the complexity of the  piece, availability of needed materials, and the number of special orders currently placed.
